Privacy Policy

Vaedi Limited ("we") operates ResideIQ and provides compliance software to Nigerian financial institutions. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

Account data (name, work email), workspace data you enter (system names, hosting locations, data categories, risk ratings), and security logs (sign-in events, audit pack seals).

What we never store

We do not store raw customer payment data, BVN, NIN or card numbers. Systems are described by category only.

How we use it

To run your workspace, compute compliance scores, produce audit packs and keep the service secure. AI migration plans receive only system names, locations and data categories.

Where it is kept

Each institution's data is isolated from every other institution. Audit records are append-only and cryptographically chained.

Your rights

Under the NDPA you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact your workspace owner or email admin@vaedilimited.com for privacy requests.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Audit packs are retained as compliance evidence for the period your institution requires.
